Greetings from Machi-Systems!

As we approach the holiday season, we want to inform our valued clients and partners about our holiday closure schedule. This schedule includes our special extended closure during the Christmas week leading into the New Year.

Annual Holiday Closures:

At Machi-Systems, we observe several holidays throughout the year. Please find below our standard holiday closures:

  1. New Year’s Day – January 1
  2. Martin Luther King Jr. Day – Third Monday in January
  3. Memorial Day – Last Monday in May
  4. Independence Day – July 4
  5. Labor Day – First Monday in September
  6. National Day of Mourning for Native Americans and their allies – Fourth Thursday in November
  7. Native American Heritage Day – Fourth Friday in November
  8. Tax Filing Observation Week – Annually from April 7th through April 15th

Special Extended Winter Solstice Closure:

Winter Solstice Eve to New Year
  • Start: December 20 (Winter Solstice Eve)
  • End: January 2
Office Reopening:

Our office will reopen and resume normal business operations on January 3rd.

During the Closure:

During these closure periods, our regular business operations will be on hold. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
